UHMWPE - EF 30 HB
UHMWPE – EF 30 HB is a high performance fabric made from unidirectional fibres, cross-plied in a 0°/90° orientation and consolidated with a specially designed matrix. The layup can be tailored to meet specific customer requirements, with the number of 0°/90° layers adjusted to achieve the desired mechanical performance.
Standard Specification
- 264g consisting of 4 layers (0°/90°/0°/90°) consolidated with matrix
- Width: 1600 mm
- Designed for hot press curing (autoclave curing also possible)
- Cure temperature: 120°C – 130°C
- Service temperature range: -51°C to +71°C
This material offers an adaptable solution for demanding applications where strength, lightweight performance, and thermal stability are critical.
